• This is a chart — you can edit the text inside
• To add another row, switch to the Text tab and paste the following and edit. The first <td> is the left column and the second <td> is the right column.

Get in Touch Form

• You should not need to change this form ID unless you want a different form
• Edit the form (fields, emails, etc) here
