Get to know Jenny Sloan

Jenny, a native of Washington D.C., relocated to Greensboro, North Carolina, at the age
of eight. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business from North Carolina State
University and settled in the vibrant Five Points area of Raleigh. Jenny lives with her
husband Ferrell, and their yellow lab, June. While setting her roots, Jenny cultivated a deep appreciation
for Raleigh and the surrounding Triangle area. She appreciates the area’s proximity to both the
beach and mountains, its diverse restaurant scene, robust economy, and charming
neighborhoods.

Jenny’s enthusiasm, energy, organization, and ability to make friends wherever she
goes have proven instrumental in her success within this relationship-centric industry.
Jenny has been in residential real estate since early 2021. Since then, she has facilitated
transactions on a team with a combined sales volume exceeding $100,000,000. Before
her time in residential real estate, Jenny lived in Charlotte and worked in commercial real
estate for CBRE.

During her leisure time, Jenny loves to go on adventures, often traveling with her
husband and socializing with friends and family. While equally enthusiastic about
exploring Raleigh’s latest hotspots, Jenny also enjoys outdoor activities. Whether that be walking June, enjoying the serenity of the North Carolina beaches, snow skiing in the nearby mountains or
engaging in a friendly game of tennis.
